Meet Your Hosts

Kelly Kagan Law

Kelly has spent over twenty years designing and leading the implementation of creative programming—like Council, a listening and storytelling practice—in unlikely settings, including schools and incarcerated facilities in Los Angeles. She currently leads a global team at Snap Inc., where she embeds Council sessions to scale empathy, foster connection, and build a culture of belonging through story across the business. Additionally, Kelly serves as the Chair of the board for the Snap Foundation, supporting youth in Los Angeles with access to the creative economy.

Geeta Sidhu-Robb

Founder and CEO of WCorp Ltd and a globally recognised entrepreneur and leadership strategist. She has advised and coached some of the world’s most influential leaders and CEOs, supporting business scale, IPOs, and multi-million-dollar exits, while driving systemic change for women in leadership. A prominent global advocate for gender equity, she works closely with UN Women and actively shapes conversations on inclusive economic growth and the future of leadership at the World Economic Forum.

Katy Green

Global learning and leadership development practitioner focused on cultural transformation through deep listening, storytelling, and practices that build trust and belonging at scale. With over two decades of experience across education, organizational development, and DEIB, she designs leadership experiences that translate human insight into institutional change. At Snap Inc., she manages Dandelion, a global leadership and listening program, and leads external trainings with institutions including Columbia University and the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
