Hosted by Green Flag by WCorp™, this one-of-a-kind evening brings together an equal number of women and their male allies - founders, partners, executives, and changemakers - to reimagine what real allyship can look like in our world today.

We’re living through an age of reinvention.
Women are one of the driving forces of global transformation - creating businesses, shaping industries, and leading communities.
Yet too often, they do it inside systems never designed for them to thrive.

This is not a panel or a conference.
It’s a living, breathing design session - where we test, build, and prototype the framework for allyship that actually works.
Participants explore three dimensions of allyship:
- Organisational Allyship – How we rewire systems of advancement and recognition.
- Sponsorship Allyship – How leaders use influence to open closed rooms and unlock opportunity.
- Network Allyship – How peers amplify, share access, and scale visibility together.
The insights born here will shape the first Green Flag Allyship Certification — a benchmark for organisations ready to move beyond statements into structure.
