At WCorp, we understand clearly that ERG initiatives have achieved a huge amount within organisations - because they create supportive communities. But, the data and the statistics show that the situation for women in the workplace, nonetheless is actually getting worse year on year, not better.
This is where we come in.
We are able to bring our experience and expertise to have conversations with leadership and management that employees struggle to have from fear of repercussions. There are two places where women struggle the most in workplaces - around their child bearing years and around the phase of menopause. These are two of the most important stages in a woman’s life yet they feel unsupported in their workplaces.
So instead of moving up, they move out.
