Sam Smith is an entrepreneur, board advisor, and co-founder of The SuperScalers, a global community helping underrepresented founders scale from Ā£1m to Ā£50m+ in revenue. She was the first female CEO of a City stockbroking firm, leading finnCap from a management buyout to a Ā£50m+ revenue investment bank supporting hundreds of growth companies.
With board roles across tech, private equity, and commodities, Sam specialises in scaling businesses sustainably through governance, strategy, and leadership. She has advised the UK Governmentās Taskforce for Women-Led High Growth Businesses, the ScaleUp Institute, and Everywoman, driving real change for diverse founders.
A Chartered Accountant (KPMG) and author of The Secret Sauce, Samās awards include National Business Woman of the Future, the City Power Top 50, and Top 100 Financial Rising Stars.
